In the role as Key Accounts (REI & EDI) you play a critical role in supporting Mammut’s largest wholesale partners, including REI and other key EDI-enabled accounts. This position owns day to day order management and partner execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong collaboration across internal teams and external buyers.
The position is located at our North American HQ in Boulder, CO.

Your responsibilities
Order & Account Management : Manage end‑to‑end wholesale order processing through SPS Commerce, EDI integrations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Review and process order changes, ensuring accuracy across all systems Maintain a clean and accurate order book through daily review and reconciliation Complete invoice value corrections as needed Pricing, Data & Compliance : Ensure pricing, article data, and price lists are accurate and aligned with customer agreements Partner with account buyers to resolve discrepancies and communicate order or pricing updates Review, investigate, and resolve chargebacks, including dispute or approval Ensure routing guides are followed and warehouse shipments comply with account requirements Customer & Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Act as a primary operational contact for assigned key accounts Participate in recurring and ad‑hoc meetings with account buyers and sales representatives Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales Operations, Credit, and Production Deliver required reporting for both internal stakeholders and external partners EDI & Account Enablement Support new account and store setup processes Participate in EDI onboarding and system testing in a UAT environment Use account‑specific platforms (e.g., REI Vendor Portal) to manage article setup and PO changes Returns & Team Support Coordinate returns in partnership with internal teams Provide backup and support for other dealer services accounts as business needs require

Your profile
High School Diploma required College or University degree preferred Strong attention to detail and a highly organized, analytical mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Familiarity with SPS Commerce and EDI workflows preferred Experience supporting large wholesale or key accounts (REI experience a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
