In the role as Dealer Services Specialist – Warranty & General Wholesale Accounts you play a key role in supporting Mammut’s diverse customer portfolio, including corporate partners, sponsoring and athlete accounts, marketplace customers, general wholesale dealers, and warranty customers. This position owns day-to-day order management and warranty execution, ensuring accurate processing, timely resolution, and a strong customer experience across all assigned accounts.
The position is located at our North American HQ in Boulder, CO.

Your responsibilities
Order & Account Management : Manage end-to-end order processing for corporate, marketplace, general, and employee accounts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Review and process order changes, cancellations, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy across all systems Maintain a clean and accurate order book through regular review and reconciliation Complete invoice value corrections as needed Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status and updates Corporate, Marketplace & Dealer Support : Act as an operational support partner for corporate organizations, PR agencies, athletes, marketplace customers, and general dealers Set up and maintain customer accounts across internal systems including D365, DST, B2B platforms, and Elastic Ensure routing guides and shipping instructions are accurate and followed by warehouse partners Provide order tracking, reporting, and documentation as required by account partners Assist with bi-annual catalog setup and product updates in Elastic Warranty & Post‑Sale Support : Manage the warranty inbox, ensuring timely responses and minimizing open requests Investigate warranty claims and customer inquiries to propose fair, cost-effective resolutions Coordinate replacement shipments, returns, and return labels as needed Track and analyze data related to warrantied products and corporate warranty allowances (e.g., resorts) Coordinate international shipments of warrantied products to Mammut’s European headquarters when required Partner with global Customer Service and Warranty & Quality teams to support warranty workflows Returns & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Coordinate returns and return labels in partnership with internal teams Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Credit, and cross-functional stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting Provide backup support for other Dealer Services accounts as business needs require

High School Diploma required College or University degree preferred Strong attention to detail with an organized, analytical approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Ability to investigate issues, resolve problems, and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with marketplace account practices (e.g. Amazon or similar platforms) preferred Interest in outdoor products and product safety standards preferred
